SQLMatcher also has a feature that allows a user to submit feedback on
the application. Each form has a "smiley" icon in the lower left corner
that can be used to submit contextual feedback. This feedback bypasses
e-mail and is therefore slightly more reliable because it avoids the issue
of spam filters.
