Does SQLMatcher support SQL Server 2005/2008/2008
R2/Denali?
SQLMatcher 2.3.4 has "experimental support"
for Denali CTP 3. Until Denali is released Berryware will not
be able to guarantee that this will work reliably and at that
stage it will probably require an update to SQLMatcher.
SQLMatcher 2.3.2 supported SQL Server 2008 R2 with
"experimental support" for Denali CTP 1.
SQLMatcher 2.3 supported SQL Server 2008.
SQLMatcher 2.2.1 supported SQL Server 2005 through SMO.
SQLMatcher 2.2.0 was the first version to offer full SQL
Server 2005 support.
SQLMatcher 2.1.5 supported SQL Server 2005 through DMO, but
lacked support for some SQL Server 2005 features.
To get earlier SQLMatcher versions to work with SQL Server
2005 you had to install the "Legacy Components" from the "SQL
Server 2005 Tools" CD. The "Legacy Components" can be found
under the "Client Components" installation group.
